Bethannie and Chance have known each other since childhood, so it made perfect sense to get married in their hometown Stockdale, Texas. The wedding was full of personal connections – from the church itself to the friends and family that have known them almost their entire lives.

While the weather was deciding between rain and no rain, Bethannie was calm through it all. Regardless of the weather, she knew the day would lead towards marriage with Chance. Before the wedding ceremony, Bethannie and Chance decided to not do a first look. Instead they got to hold hands and just see how they were doing. It was the little moments like this that made me so happy as a photographer.

The ceremony was held at the church next door, St Mary’s Catholic Church. It was a beautiful ceremony full of celebration, honor, and respect towards God. I had so much fun watching the ring bearer and flower girls, as you can probably tell by some of those moments during the ceremony. Their faces were priceless.

After the ceremony, we headed to Kosciusko Hall for the reception where the party began. Bethannie and Chance got to catch up with all their friends and family who came in from all over town. One of the my favorite moments of the night was during the bouquet toss, and it was intense. Little girls were flying up from everywhere, and it was chaos. The dance floor was lit the whole night, and I had a blast capturing the craziness on the dance floor!
