McGovern Centennial Gardens Houston Wedding
Johnny is from New York, Joy is from Houston, and now they live in Austin. I may have shared this already, but Joy and Johnny met while on a plane to Houston. They were sitting apart and a stranger asked if they wanted to sit next to each other – all because they looked like a couple. Awkwardly, they say yes, and the rest was history.
This wedding day was hot. It was my first summer wedding of the year, and a summer wedding in Houston takes some guts. It also takes a highly efficient team and the right venue. Two Be Wed (Danyett) and Pink Palette Artists were that team that made the day flow flawlessly, and the Hermann McGovern Centennial Gardens in Houston was the right venue. The venue was perfect and looked like a piece of modern art straight out of a magazine!
There’s one last piece to successfully pull of a summer Houston wedding. That is a couple like Joy and Johnny who roll with whatever comes their way, party in all circumstances, and give everything they’ve got to love on each other. This wedding proved they are set for a life of adventure, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!
