Driskill Hotel Wedding Photos
The Driskill Hotel is supposedly one of the most haunted hotels in America, and it has attracted visitors from all over the nation. It’s full of historical paintings and antique-like furniture that makes you feel like you’re in the 1800’s, which makes sense because the hotel first opened in 1886. I had my own strange experience with an elevator door that would open and close repeatedly (supposedly there is a ghost roaming around the hotel), but all of that is besides the point. Not only does this hotel have a really cool story, it is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve shot in. On this day, if a ghost were to stop by and check out what’s happening, it would see Julie and Rob in love celebrating with their closest friends and family and having the times of their lives.
It was a small wedding, about 50 people, and it was perfect. With the day starting a little later than planned, Julie started to get anxious – the kind of anxious that any bride would be on her wedding day. When Julie saw Rob during the first-look, her nerves faded away, and she knew it would be fine. Julie and Rob had their closest friends and family supporting them during their ceremony, and that night, not a minute was spared for celebrating. The dance floor and their home-made photo booth were evidence of that, and it was such a fun time for everyone. Rob and Julie put together a beautiful wedding full of both Chinese and American influences, and I’m thankful I got to be a small part in it. Thank you guys, and congratulations! – Sean
