Amy and Kevin came into Austin just for the engagement session, and they also brought their two little dogs. I’m so glad they did because they were adorable. Despite the heat, everyone was a trooper!

We went to Bull Creek, one of my favorite spots in Austin. All in one place there are rocks, water, forests, and open greenery. With the sun setting behind us, the most perfect light was cast on Amy and Kevin. It felt like I was in California for a little bit with the amazing light!

Halfway through our session, Amy and Kevin did an outfit change. We then trekked into the water, and grabbed some shots over the creek. Amy and Kevin were such naturals the whole time, and they were awesome at taking direction. I loved taking these candid and natural portraits of them for their engagement session, and I am even more excited to be capturing their wedding next year!
